MSXML Version Test

There are 4 versions of MSXML around, and you may install one or more of them. Version 4.0 is the fastest, but can only be used by new web pages specially coded for it. Most web pages are happy when 2.x or 3.x is present. Since the newer versions are faster, you should install the latest versions of 3.0 and 4.0 to your machine.
